Closet Exclusive ships all items within two business days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order. You may place an order through the easy checkout at ClosetExclusive.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

International Shoppers
Outside of the 48 continental United States shipments are shipped via USPS. Please note that we do not allow personalization for international orders.

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve the item. Items are reserved after the checkout process is completed. This may result in an unavailable item initially being listed as available.

By saving your shopping cart when you are signed into your ClosetExclusive.com account, you can keep items in the shopping cart for later visits. Item availability is not guaranteed.

When placing an order at ClosetExclusive.com you may use the following payment methods: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo, PayPal. You can also use your electronic Closet Exclusive gift certificate. We cannot accept checks, cash, or money orders as payment. We accept credit cards only from countries to which we ship.

Coupons and Discount Codes
Every coupon valid on ClosetExclusive.com has a discount code. Enter this code at the checkout page when you are checking out on ClosetExclusive.com to receive your discount. Only one coupon or discount of any type may be used at a time. Please check your coupon for details. ClosetExclusive.com coupons are not redeemable for cash, nor are they valid toward any previously purchased merchandise.

 

Signing Out
If you are visiting ClosetExclusive.com as a registered user from a public computer, you should always sign out when you are finished so that other computer users cannot access your information. Go to the top of any page and select ‘Sign Out’.

Order History

Order history and tracking services are available to U.S. customers only. ClosetExclusive.com can tell you where your order is in the shipping process when you provide your order number and e-mail address. If you are a registered user, in the near future, you will simply sign in to view your order history by date or order number. In the near future you will also be able to browse your order history and track the status of all your orders through a real-time tracking service that shows you the details of your orders’ whereabouts through the carrier.

Editing Your Profile

Editing your profile means changing the personal information such as the address or phone number that you entered when you registered. You also may sign up to receive e-mails announcing ClosetExclusive.com promotions and sales.

Changing Your Password

You may change your password easily by signing into your ClosetExclusive.com account and editing your account information. You will need to enter your new password twice, once to create it and once to confirm it. If you have forgotten your password and requested that we send you a new one through the Forgot Your Password? page, you should go to the Change Password page immediately to create a new password. It is important that your password be easy for you to remember and difficult for others to figure out. You should change your password every time you ask us to send you a new password.

ClosetExclusive.com Wish List

By registering, you are able to set up a wish list. Select your favorite gear and save it to your wish list. Then forward your Wish List to friends and family to let them know what you want. You can choose to make your wish list public or private. A public wish list can be viewed by others; a private wish list cannot. You’ll need to sign in to your ClosetExclusive.com account when you want to update your wish list picks.
