Returns / Exchanges Policy

It is important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly refund you for the item or exchange your item for another. All items should be returned in the condition they were received in and clothing items should be unwashed and unworn.

Refunds will be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account that was used when you placed your order minus the shipping cost. Once we receive your item, we will process your refund. It could take 2 to 10 business days for your refund to be applied to your credit card account, depending on your credit card company.

If you need to return/exchange an item, please email us at closetexclusive@gmail.com within 30 days of item receipt. Please include your Sales Order number, PO Number, or Pack Slip number.
